Digital Products

All of our digital and printable products — such as fitness planners, wellness journals, and eBooks — are delivered instantly via email download link or directly through your Shopify account after checkout.

  • No digital items will be shipped.

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link to access your files.

  • If you don’t receive your download email within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at sofiya_melnyk@fitnyc.edu  / 

Physical Products 

If your order includes physical items (e.g., printed planners, merchandise, or accessories):

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days depending on destination.

  • We currently ship to [countries or regions you support].

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we’re not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Digital products: Always free.

  • Physical products: Calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at sofiya_melnyk@fitnyc.edu within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We’ll help file a claim or resend the item, depending on the situation.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for physical products)

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

At TravelGoodss, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
All orders are processed with care from our CJ Dropshipping U.S. warehouse in Chino, California, with additional fulfillment from select global locations when needed.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships — including your tracking number.

Fulfillment Locations

Most products are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse in Chino, CA for faster delivery.
If an item is out of stock domestically, it may be fulfilled from our international warehouses (such as Japan).
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — look for them on our homepage or product pages.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees applied by their country.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at support@travelgoodss.com.
Provide photos of any damage and your order number so our support team can assist promptly.
