Digital Products
All of our digital and printable products — such as fitness planners, wellness journals, and eBooks — are delivered instantly via email download link or directly through your Shopify account after checkout.

No digital items will be shipped.

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link to access your files.

Physical Products
If your order includes physical items (e.g., printed planners, merchandise, or accessories):

Processing Time: 2–5 business days.

Shipping Time: 5–7 business days depending on destination.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at sofiya_melnyk@fitnyc.edu within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We’ll help file a claim or resend the item, depending on the situation.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for physical products)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
